Array: – For detox: Take 1 teaspoon (5g pure zeolite) daily for at least 30 days, mixed with water or a cold drink. – For acute health problems: Take 1 teaspoon three times daily or consult a health care practitioner. – Mix well and drink quickly. Face mask: – Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of zeolite with water to make a paste. – Apply the paste evenly over the face (and neck and chest if desired) before it dries. – After 10 minutes, rinse with water and mild soap. – Use the face mask once every two weeks. – If skin feels dry after application, follow with a moisturizer. – If irritation occurs, stop using the mask and consult a health care practitioner.
