Dosage and Directions
Sore throat: Gargle with 10ml, 4-8 times a day. Spit out or swallow.
Colds and flu: Swallow 10ml-20ml, 2-3 times a day. Continue for 10 days after recovering.
Inflammation & immune support: Swallow 10ml daily.
Gastric upsets: Swallow 100ml. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes. Then swallow 50ml-100ml, 3 times a day until condition clears.
Respiratory ailments: Nebulise with 5ml undiluted liquid, 2-3 times a day.
